Out of every game you scouted in 2014-15, what player was the most exciting to watch?

"Connor McDavid is a very special player and was exciting to watch over the past three seasons."

What is your scouting report on Connor McDavid?

"great combination of character, skill and hockey sense."

What are your thoughts about Oshawa's big year? Who do you think was the MVP of the team?

"very proud of that group of players...have to think either Ken Appleby or Cole Cassels could be considered MVP!!"

Now that they've won. Do you wish you stay as G.M for one more year?

"nope, very happy to be back with the Coyotes and have no regrets!"

Lets go back to the Peterborough days. How did you find out you were being fired as G.M of the Petes? Did you feel like it was coming?

"have always said, Dallas Eakins and Geordie Kinnear were the best natural leaders I had every seen....josh brown in Oshawa was very similar"

What Petes player in your mind is the greatest of all time? why?

"have to say Chris Pronger, probably I'm biased as we have stayed close friends but I saw his drive and commitment every day...first ballot hall of famer"

The whole Daniel Ryder situation. Why did you feel you needed to trade?

"we were not in a position to win after 2006 and had to recoup picks and young players, Daniel went to Plymouth and won another OHL championship"

In your eyes.. what was the best trade you ever made?

what was the worse trade you ever made?

"Steve Downie trade was best as it solidified an OHL championship , worst trade I'm sure fans will have their own opinions"

When the Petes board fired Darren Keily without your input. What was that feeling like? What exactly happen? Why did they do this? Do you still hold a grudge about it.

"yes "

What's a day like being a NHL Scout?

"if I'm home, I start at y with a workout, home to computer work and then off to game at night...if on road, day probably starts in airport and finished with game and computer reports and on to next town."
